What software / apps do I need to use the presets?
Each product lists the appropriate software needed! For mobile presets, you need to be able to download + use the free Lightroom CC Mobile app. For the other preset packs, you need either Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Camera RAW), or Lightroom CC Classic. For the business kit, you need Adobe Photoshop.
While it is possible to use Lightroom CC and Photoshop Elements, these presets are not recommended for those specific programs and you will be responsible for installing your products since instructions are not provided with your purchase.
Can I use my presets in the Lightroom Mobile app?
If you purchased a pack other than the mobile presets, it's totally possible to get them in your mobile app but I do not personally provide instructions since there are plenty of Youtube tutorials out there! Just look up how to get your presets into Lightroom mobile. If you purchase the mobile pack, the work has already been done for you and it comes with an instruction video on how to install.
Can I use the presets on video files?
Please review the refund policy before purchasing. Because these are digital products, I am unable to provide refunds for any reason. If you are unsatisfied with your product, I can help!! Please don't hesitate to reach out so that we can figure it out together and you can get the most of your product. Help! I lost my files / didn't download them in time.
First of all, make sure you back up your files immediately! This will save us both the trouble of me sending you the files. The way you back up your purchase is by simply making a copy of your downloads and uploading it to a cloud such as Dropbox or Google Drive, or saving a copy to an external hard drive or flash drive. I can't guarantee I will be able to replace your product after a year of your purchase, so if you want to use them forever make your own back up copy! If you do end up losing them, shoot me an email with your order details and we'll figure it out!
Help! I followed the instructions for installing mobile presets and it's not working.
A few people have messaged me with an issue like this and it usually comes down to a few reasons:
1. They sent the DNG (image) files to their phone using a method other than Airdrop / email. It's best if you can save the images to your photo library through one of these methods.
2. Sometimes the app may have a glitch. Most people have solved their issue by simply redownloading, updating, or restarting the app and their phone. Some people have also found success with reinstalling the presets.
3. If the copy / paste option isn't showing up, it may be because you are exiting the app in between copy / paste commands. Try doing it all in one motion.
